SPEAKER_05So yeah, you're kind of like the heart of the office, right? It's like if you're there all the time, and then it just kind of brings a culture and makes it fun, and you know your shit, and yeah.
SPEAKER_06Yeah. Smile and you say hi. It's funny as the small those small things to me add up. So yeah, you have good energy every day.
SPEAKER_04That's kind of the culture I want to bring, anyways. So yeah, I'm glad to hear that.
SPEAKER_06You're off to a good start. Thank you. Yeah, sure. Thank you. So let's hear about you. What's your story? Where you're from.
From California Roots To Vegas Real Estate
SPEAKER_04Uh, well, I was born and raised in California, so I am a transplant.
SPEAKER_06Yay, California.
SPEAKER_04Um, but I've been here long enough.
SPEAKER_06Now I know why you guys get along so well.
SPEAKER_04Mike, but I've been here long enough to be mad about the drivers on the road.
SPEAKER_06Right.
SPEAKER_04So I moved here in 09, March of 09. So um I started in real estate in California, got licensed in 07, which was super fun. Um, my mom was a realtor, so it was kind of just natural progression. Yeah. I really started in real estate probably as a really young kid. I was farming and sitting open houses. So awesome. Kind of sounds like you.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, my parents were uh brokers too. Oh, really? Yeah, yeah. Nice.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. So it just was like a natural transition. Yeah. Um, and then when I got here, I was working, um, doing you know, admin jobs and stuff like that. And I was like, you know, I'm gonna get my license here. Yeah. So in 2014, I got licensed here, and um about eight years of intense work in the real estate industry, kind of in all facets, uh, which allowed me to get my broker's license and eventually take the role as a managing broker of Virtue.
SPEAKER_05Awesome. Here we are. Is this something you always wanted to do? I mean, because it's like you your mom was in it, and sometimes we're like, okay, like I thought I wanted to do it, and then I didn't do it, and then I came back to it.
SPEAKER_04So, what I actually always wanted to do, I wanted to be a police officer or a corrections officer. Okay. And my dad was like, absolutely not. Um that was really like my personality for a corrections officer. Yeah, I think.
SPEAKER_05Oh, really? So there's no side either.
SPEAKER_04Okay, yeah, definitely. Stay on your good side. I can correct for sure.
Choosing Management Over Sales
SPEAKER_05Yeah, you know, we have more in common than I thought because I had a job before I moved out to Vegas working with kids under federal custody.
SPEAKER_04Oh, really? Yeah, interesting. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_05So for a year and I have a BCFS is what it was called in Fairfield, and it was kids that maybe were um how do you migrating here or they were uh coming here like illegally, and then they they have to go through the whole court system. So there are kids that are um just need help, behavioral health or whatever, right? And so they're stuck in these, it's almost like jail. So you do have to have a certain attitude to keep them in check. Hey, this is bedtime, and you're keeping them on a schedule. They do school on premises and all that. So it's crazy to hear this. Yeah, yeah. It's like because we have similar personalities, how we can have something completely different.
SPEAKER_06So him and I have been friends for seven years. That's the first time I've ever heard of that. Really? Yes.
SPEAKER_05Yes, yes, yes.
SPEAKER_06It was in uh the whole time?
SPEAKER_05Yeah, I don't know how I just wanted a lot of you. Yeah, no, and it and you do, and you have a very stern attitude, and you're you know, not unfriendly, but you also need to be authoritative.
SPEAKER_04So yeah, definitely like there's time, there's a time and place. So I I'm always pretty friendly, I'm very patient, but then at some point it's like, okay, if you're not getting it, like we need to just level up a little bit and I usually don't get mad very easily, but you know, sometimes it happens.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, yeah, yeah. Hey, and so do you prefer managing versus sales?
SPEAKER_04Oh, 100%. Okay, yeah.
SPEAKER_06What was like the big aha for that to make that transition?
Training Standards And Contract Mastery
SPEAKER_04So last year I rejoined Virtue with Darren. I used to be Darren's ops manager for his team before we opened the office. I helped him open the office, and then I left to work with my husband for a little bit. And um, then I was like, you know, maybe I'll just get into sales more. So I joined the team, and then that kind of led into like a little more things, a little more things, but my aha moment was like, I'm much better behind the scenes, operationally, systematically. It's just my personality. Yeah, I'm very organized, and you know, and with sales, it's just um sales was just difficult for me. I did it, but it's not my passion. My passion is like helping other agents grow their businesses and watch them succeed versus like me.
SPEAKER_05I feel like we're so similar. You are, yeah, it's so great. Because I like the systems and I do. Yeah, I'm like, hey, it's like, yeah, so but no, it's neat. So I'm like, yeah, it is developed. The counting kids are good. Yeah, right.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, we're really good operationally.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, cool kids.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, for sure. So is that what you like best about uh managing? Is like helping younger agents develop. Tell us more about that.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, so I enjoy I especially when we've got like new agents. Um, I really like to get in with them and train and like teach them how to do things the right way. I made a comment to you yesterday that you have no blanks on your contracts, and I really appreciate that. Those are things that like a lot of You got lucky, yeah.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, you got lucky. 21 years later. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It was a good day, yeah.
SPEAKER_04I love like training people and you know.
SPEAKER_05Shout out Abby if you had anything to do with those no blanks. Abby's great.
SPEAKER_00So yeah, you make us look good.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_04I like teaching people to do it right out the gate, you know. So it's that's important to me, and especially when cultivating, you know, new agents and helping them grow their business, like just learning the basics. Um, I feel like it's important, you know, we have transaction coordinators and they are fantastic, top-notch, but I feel like it's important to know how to manage your own transaction, right? Know your contracts and know your very much.
SPEAKER_06And I know being on the list side, because we get offers all the time, and that is the first thing I look in the offer. Do I have blanks? Because what type of agent are we going to be dealing with? Because there can be zero blanks in a contract, right? And it happens all the time.
SPEAKER_04Yeah. I had one that sent me a contract that had no contingencies, no due diligence. Yeah, like what are you doing? Like it was literally the first page was filled out, and I went page by page. I'm like, wrote them back. I'm like, these are all the things you need to fix. And you can resubmit the offer to me. And then he resubmitted the offer and put like two-day contingency for like appraisal and loan and like a two-day due diligence.
SPEAKER_05And I'm like, oh geez.
SPEAKER_04Okay, well, we accepted it.
Tech Wish: No-Blank Contracts
SPEAKER_05So by this point, I feel like our contract should be like kind of like when you do it online and it doesn't let you go to the next box unless the last one's filled out. Yeah. I don't know why that's not a thing in our industry. I'm like, that should be mandatory. Right. You know what I mean? There's no breaks, and then it doesn't let you submit. It doesn't let you submit. That makes way too much sense. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Well, you know, I'm trying to get it.
SPEAKER_05I know. So whoever's in charge of the technology, and it's like, you're welcome. Yeah, go, go, go ahead and do that, you're welcome. Yeah. And it's like, yeah. Right. Yeah. And it's like, yeah, what are you guys doing with all that money?
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, no, that's actually a really good idea.
SPEAKER_06Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Really good. We need to present that to the board for sure.
SPEAKER_06Yes, yes, yes, yes. I kind of have a fun story. So the reason I got really good at contracts is I came out here 17 years ago in New York. It was uh attorney state. So we didn't have to do contracts, but the attorney would always handle it. Yeah. And I think it was like my first transaction, just did it, ended up closing it. This was my broker like 17 years ago. Basically, sat me down and was like, I'm gonna fire you because you did such a bad job. But it was it was such a good learning moment for me to sit down, learn the contract, and how important that is. So I'm glad you're going over that with people because I was just ignorant. And I'm like, we didn't do that anymore.
Coaching, Bootcamps, And CE Workshops
SPEAKER_04Well, you don't know what you don't know, right? You know, and that's why I always pushed people, you know. Obviously, when you take principals, you don't learn anything about real estate. Um, so I know here in California they didn't have this, but they have post-licensing. Yeah, you have to take your first year uh after you get licensed. And I think that's where you learn kind of your basics, like what you're actually doing in your day-to-day. I didn't have to take it, but I've heard that that's what it is going over contracts and going over stuff like that. So I always encourage that like immediately when somebody's newly licensed, like, go take that, come to me, and we'll go over word by word. Just how you would present it to a client is how I like to train.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, that's yeah. So, what programs does Virtue and You offer for new agents or even agents been in the business for a while that they can attend in the future?
SPEAKER_04Oh my gosh, we have a lot of training opportunities. Every quarter we do a boot camp that kind of just goes over basics, virtue basics and contracts, and then we include CE in that. Um, but we have workshops all the time. Our lender partners do workshops at the office. Chris does his coaching and and his workshops on Fridays, and so we have a lot of opportunity. Yeah, Chris Ward. We have a lot of opportunities for agents.
SPEAKER_05He hates me because I just say Chris, and we know a whole bunch of Chris. I know, there's like three Chris's in a while. He's like, you need to start saying their last name. Ward for our coach. And I'm like, right.
SPEAKER_04And and he's a great asset, you know, for agents.
SPEAKER_05He's awesome.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, he's there, and you know, not a lot of um brokerages offer that kind of service. So I feel like we're kind of like more of a niche brokerage where we're really about cultivating people and building their businesses rather than just like you know, handing out leads and like agents don't know how important all that is.
SPEAKER_05It's like it's you know, they're like, oh, it's just training or it's just having a coach available. It's like you guys, let's talk real talk really quick. It's like, you know, let's go into our Cali uh persona. Uh it literally, if you were to get a coach like Chris and have somebody like yourself that's like you're not just a broker, like a productivity coach in the beginning, hey, this is how you do it. It's about$15,000,$17,000 a year for you to get a productivity coach. So it's like Virtue just offers these things, and at no cost, you have to be part of you got to produce and show up, and obviously, you know, all that. But so I want to hear though, it's like what is because we know Darren, and we bought into the vision and his ha ha ha ha ha, and he's doing all you know these crazy things. What's your vision for virtue and how does it align with his? And like, how do you see virtue move in?
Vision: Growth And Henderson Expansion
SPEAKER_04Well, one of the things I absolutely adore about Darren is he's like a true visionary, yeah and he sets these massive goals, and if he doesn't hit those goals that year, he sets even bigger goals for the next year. Right. And so his vision, I mean, he's always had a vision, and his vision for virtue is to expand it in other markets, and I have full faith that he will do that with especially with already opening the Henderson office. We haven't even that's exciting, yeah. Yeah, we haven't even been in business three years, and we're already opening a second location. So I mean, it's just like his drive and motivation is super inspiring. And one of the things I love about working with him is that he inspires me to do those same things. So it's it's exciting to be part of the vision and where he's going because I know without a doubt, like he won't stop until he gets where he wants to be, and then he'll set new goals.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, oh for sure. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, we like crazy, that type of crazy.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, we do. He's gonna be on next week. I'm glad you brought the boot up. Oh, I did he confirm already? Well, verbally, he uh okay.
SPEAKER_05So don't have to look at his calendar.
SPEAKER_06I'm glad you brought the boot camp up too. So I'm I'm hoping I can teach in the bootcamp boot camp again.
SPEAKER_04Yes, I know, I know. The last one you weren't in the well, Chris Ward was upset that he didn't go in the first one.
SPEAKER_03We put you in, and then so we put him in on the second one.
SPEAKER_05Slow ease. Yeah. I mean, what is it, a popularity comment?

SPEAKER_02Well, you definitely won on your golf game, that's for sure. Two whole in-winds on a holiday party. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_05It's like, yeah. How many did Chris do?
SPEAKER_06One week. Oh uh so tell us about your goal, your goals, virtues goals, going into the year, a little bit more about the Henderson office that's opening January 7th.
SPEAKER_04That's our ribbon cutting. Yeah, we encourage agents to come and check it out and see what we're all about and join the family because that's really at the end of the day what we are. We're a family. Our office culture is probably one of my favorites. We have just good people, drama-free, nobody's, you know, it's just a different environment. And when you work around people that you like and that people that want to help each other, it just makes everybody grow. And so I think that you know, it's just it's a really good thing to see. And I love seeing people in the office, and I mean, even in our own, you know, Darren Marcus group team, I mean, everybody's just so helpful, and that's probably one of my favorite things about our brokerage, is it's not a competition. I mean, we're all in it to make money and make a living for our families, but like everybody truly genuinely cares about one another. And I think that is like so important to me.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, yeah, I agree. If it ever gets a little too peaceful and you need to, you know, a little bit of a few. No, I know, I got you. Yeah, no, for sure.
SPEAKER_04You bring the vibes 100%.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. Oh, I bring the vibes. That's my job.

SPEAKER_06Yeah, everybody likes the big board too, that competition. Oh, yeah.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, I wonder who thought of that. They were they must be genius. Yeah. Yeah.
Culture, Competition, And Office Energy
SPEAKER_04No, healthy competition is great, yeah, but it's also good to like help your fellow, you know, agents and really like expand together. I mean, you know, we bounce ideas off of each other, and sometimes just talking something out like can really just make a whole world.
SPEAKER_06Healthy competition is good, and I agree. And him and I have been talking about this last couple weeks. I feel like we're both grateful for the culture because I feel like it's just starting. But you can just see the energy walking in. It's just nice to say hi to everybody, other people working. Because there's too many offices I've been where there's 150, 300 agents, and nobody's there, or everybody's in their office. They're not saying hi. It's it's not a culture. Or the culture's poor, I should say. Everything is a culture. But yeah, it's kind of got the making so far of like it's heading in the right direction.
SPEAKER_04Yeah.
SPEAKER_06So um, I agree with you.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, 100%. And I think our Henderson office is gonna be the same, you know. Yeah, I've been there helping, you know, putting things together and getting it set up, and we've got a managing broker there, so we're ready, we're open for business, agents, we're all good to go. So anybody who wants to join the Henderson brokerage can join immediately.
SPEAKER_06Very cool. What uh so what have been your challenges of becoming a managing broker?
SPEAKER_05It was like fun stories.
SPEAKER_04I really only have fun stories, yeah.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, I get I get bored easily. This is gonna sound crazy.
SPEAKER_04I haven't had any challenges. Oh, really? I felt I feel like I kind of just like see what happens when we get to the book. I know, right? I'm like, we've been in it like a month now, but we're gonna do a replay.
SPEAKER_05Last year you said this. Is this still true?
SPEAKER_04I always tell Darren's. I mean, I feel like I was kind of made for this. So it's like that. Um I have just slid right in and and it's been pretty seamless, I think.
SPEAKER_06So what are your goals then for personal goals as a manager and for 2026?
SPEAKER_04I want to grow our brokerage, I want to bring more people on. I want to I want to help more agents build their businesses like the right way. And and um yeah, my main goal is to like double our agents this year.
SPEAKER_05I love that. Awesome. I love that. It's in alignment with what we want to do. Yeah, yeah, for sure. Yeah, is we have some more goals, so it's gonna be easier. Not easier, but it's gonna be more fun to acquire that together.
SPEAKER_04You guys want to build your team up?
SPEAKER_05Yeah, we're ready. We're we're ready. It's like we burned it down January 1st, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Nice, yeah.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, I'm like, okay, I'm like it got too peaceful this year. Like, we need a little bit of the drum. Yeah, it's like you know, you need a little toxic here and there.
SPEAKER_02That's why I always come to you guys. I need a break from all this.
SPEAKER_05Let me go in John's hope and let's stir the pot a little bit. And it's like, okay, yeah. It's like we gotta keep it fun. If we're not having fun, I don't know what we're doing.

Karaoke, Events, And Community
SPEAKER_04Yeah. Oh my god.

SPEAKER_04Yeah, you totally got me at the right time to get me on this podcast. Yeah, I know it was great. It was honestly, out of all of our events, that's all. Yeah, he's a smart guy. He doesn't want to ask me these things. But yeah, that was probably one of my favorite events we've ever done. Yeah, yeah. Such a good time. Such a good time.

SPEAKER_05Karaoke, karaoke. Yeah, yeah. I like that. I literally, I was telling Jess, Jess Climber in our office, I was like, I want to go Christmas Caroline, but sing Lil Wayne a Millie. Could you imagine? It was a million, a million dollars. And she's like, Oh, she was showing down. Oh no, for sure.

SPEAKER_05What's your karaoke song go-to?
SPEAKER_04Okay, I have three.
SPEAKER_05What go-tos. Go-tos.
SPEAKER_04Um, so one is um At Last by Edda James. That's one of my favorites.
SPEAKER_05Um are you a good karaoke singer or are you just a passionate karaoke singer?
SPEAKER_04Well, I come from a long family of singers. So humble bum. Oh, yeah. I'm not the best. You're definitely not the worst. Funny story for my uh wedding, I surprised my husband. We couldn't really come up with like a first dance song. Okay. So I actually, as my gift to him, went my only first and only time ever in a recording. Recording studio, I recorded our first dance song and surprised him with it at our wedding, and it was like it was super fun. But just like coming in here, I was like super nervous going into the studio. And then after a while, I was just like, oh, okay, I got this. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I'm always a little nervous to start, and then once I start, I'm like, yeah, yeah, we got this.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, cool. So at last, and then what's the other two?

SPEAKER_04It's one of my favorites. So yeah, those are my top three. Um, last time we went karaoke, my my husband made me sing uh the Little Mermaid song because that's his favorite thing when I sing Disney tunes. So yeah, we sing those around the house sometimes. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah.

SPEAKER_06There was a little have you seen uh like I see reels that come up. There's like a gal that sings like everything at Disney, but she does emo songs. I love emo music. Yeah, it's pretty good, for some reason. Yeah, no, he's uh kids, that's what they're getting. Yeah, it's like only emo music in Disney too. Right.
SPEAKER_04Yep. Um that's funny.
SPEAKER_06Where do you go, karaoke?
SPEAKER_04Uh well, when I lived in Boulder City, uh, we would go to the backstop, they would have karaoke there, or Max's. I haven't been karaokeing in a long time, so I don't even know.
Games, Hobbies, And Friendly Rivalry
SPEAKER_05Gotta make it happen. Now, that's not gonna be your excuse though to be out of tune. Okay, uh like you can't, yeah. I'm already feeling the excuses. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I already feel like uh I haven't done this in such a while.
SPEAKER_04I don't like karaoke rooms. Like where just like the private group of people, I get super no, I don't know. I'm getting nervous on that. Yeah.
SPEAKER_05I'm the opposite too. What?
SPEAKER_04No, no, when I'm in front of a bunch of strangers, totally fine. But in a room full of people. Not me. Oh, that's interesting.
SPEAKER_06Also, the pod must have been like real, like scary. Totally scary. Yeah, oh no.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, much better in front of strangers, oddly enough.
SPEAKER_05Yeah.
SPEAKER_03Because I'm like, I don't know you, I don't need to listen to your opinion.
SPEAKER_05Right, okay, okay. We'll get the big room then I mentioned. Yeah, we'll get and that one's fun. Yeah, yeah. So he he got me for one of my birthdays, the big room. And it was a whole bunch of us. Yeah, just so much fun. That was a lot of fun. Yeah. We sing, we yeah, and it's big enough to where it's intimate, but still you can still kind of chat in the background and not just be like focus on the person that's.

SPEAKER_04For sure. Yeah. I haven't been downtown. There's so much to do down there. There is a lot to do.
SPEAKER_06There's atomic, there's the bars. Yeah, it's like Ninja Karaoke. Especially going on.

SPEAKER_04I like to drive around and look at lights. Like I'm huge on Christmas. Yeah. Oh, really? Yeah. Love it. It's one of my favorites.
SPEAKER_05Okay. Yeah. So the the actual Santa pop-up bar is at the plaza and it's sand dollar at the plaza.
SPEAKER_04I didn't even know until yesterday that there was a sand dollar.
SPEAKER_05And it's really cool. It's a really cool venue. Like I really enjoy it.
SPEAKER_04At the one off Spring Mountain.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, sometimes it's too loud the music. And I'm like an old man. It's just way too loud. As you're going in, you're like, oh, I'm not going to be able to hear anything in here. You know what I mean? Like talking wise, and I talk a lot.
SPEAKER_06I feel like that happens a lot now.
SPEAKER_04Where before it's like you just wanted the music as loud as possible. And now I'm like, I'm pretty much deaf from my teenage and twenties. Right, right.

SPEAKER_06What games do you play?
SPEAKER_04Well, I'm a Mario girl. You know, I grew up in the 80s, so Switch, uh, I I like Mario Kart, Mario Party, um, Mario, whatever, whatever Mario games I have. I have a million of them. Wow. Luigi's Mansion. My husband plays the Xbox, but I I can't do first person shooter games and like first person games. They make me really, really sick.
SPEAKER_06So I used to like cable back in the day in college.
SPEAKER_04Oh, yeah, no.
SPEAKER_06Yeah, that was my dream. Uh Mario Kart, that was fun. I had Nintendo 64 for a little bit. I did too. Is that the great one? Yeah. I got it. Or no, I think my cousin got it for me, but I I think I got rid of it. Oh, I have Nintendo.
SPEAKER_05I think I have NES, Nintendo 64, I've got Wii, Wii U Switch, so now I need the Switch too, because that just got uh I thought that Sega Genesis, I was Nintendo 64 Sega Genesis, and then I realized I couldn't sit in front of a screen without going crazy. Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_06My ADD was like of uh College Football Dynasty.
SPEAKER_02Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_06And they stopped they stopped doing it. Why am I surprised in 2014? I stopped playing video games because I would be, I feel like you'd blink and five hours would go by.
SPEAKER_03Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_06So I'm like, this is not a good use of my time. Yeah. I could be selling more real estate versus playing video games. Right. So I just never went back to video games. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04Oh, I love games. I'm like, I love any games, like board games, phone games.
SPEAKER_06What's your favorite uh board game?
SPEAKER_04Oh, I love Tickets Ride and Monopoly.
SPEAKER_06Chris Ward likes that game.

SPEAKER_06I don't like long board games. I like Settlers. You played Settlers? Oh, Settlers is great.
SPEAKER_04Catan is another good one I like.
SPEAKER_06But that's yeah, I'm not a game night person.
SPEAKER_04You're a game night person? Yeah.
SPEAKER_06I think we're talking the same game.
SPEAKER_04Is it? Yeah. Okay. I'd be down for settlers. I like it.
SPEAKER_06Strategy.
SPEAKER_05I love strategy. I play like beer pong. I used to play a lot.
SPEAKER_02We used to play beer pong, but especially.
SPEAKER_06That's fun. Okay. Do you remember playing with the beer in the cup, though? Virtue day. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. We're not a lot for virtue day.
SPEAKER_06I know. They don't even know what's coming. Yeah.
SPEAKER_04But yeah, we used to play with actual beer in the cup.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, no, no, no, we too.
SPEAKER_04You know, with that nasty um cleaning cut, you know, the water cup for the ball. I'm like, when I think about it now, I'm like, the ball used to just be bouncing around all these bars.
SPEAKER_05We did audio bars. We didn't care, yeah. Yeah, no, we didn't care at all. Oh, yeah, that was fun. They have uh they have beer. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, that was a great time. Yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_04I used to be really good at like trick shots, like shots of everybody. Yeah, that was like my thing. I couldn't just like straight up. Well, one time I walked into one of one of my friends' parties, and they had this huge like beer pyramid set up, and the one cup behind it, and for some reason I just walked in and I was like think, think, bounced, and it went right in the cup, and everybody was cheering because they were all trying to do it for so long. I did it on the first try.
SPEAKER_06Or we would like bounce it off the wall, have it come in the two off the that's kind of something I have when I get my hole in ones at Pop Hub. Yeah, no.
SPEAKER_02I don't even think I made the ball in the hole.
SPEAKER_05We got so lucky that pop stroke was not as busy as it usually is. Yeah. Because it was ten of us guys at in one group. Yeah, in one group, and we're all talking smack and we're all laughing. Running around to the other group. Running around, picking up balls that aren't ours. Yeah, you ended up with like two oranges. Yeah, I don't like wait, and then people were like, oh no, it's yeah.
SPEAKER_04That was the first time I've ever played and not kept score because I'm like super competitive. Yeah, it was. It was actually really fun.
SPEAKER_06It's a little, yeah.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I'm very competitive when it comes to games. My husband said he doesn't like playing games with me anymore. So yeah, it's a fun.
SPEAKER_06That's my wife too. We've used to play a game. We go downtown and play games once in a while, and then one day she's like, I don't like playing games with me. You never win along.
SPEAKER_04Oh yeah.
SPEAKER_06That was the last day we played games. Yeah.
